Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Returned Shipments
In certain circumstances, a shipment may be returned, rejected, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise affected by the carrier or customs authorities. The following refund terms apply depending on the reason for the return.
Customer-Related Returns This category includes:
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries
- Failed delivery attempts
If a shipment is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above, no refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, accepting delivery, and ensuring that the shipment can be successfully delivered to the provided address. Any reshipment requested by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout, no refund will be issued. We may offer to reship the order to a corrected address, subject to payment of any additional shipping charges incurred.
Restricted or Prohibited Items
If a shipment is returned, rejected, destroyed, abandoned, confiscated, or otherwise affected because the ordered products are restricted or prohibited by the destination country's import regulations, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
Customs Clearance Issues
We are responsible for providing all required export documentation and declarations necessary for the shipment to leave the origin country.
If a shipment is returned, rejected, delayed, or otherwise affected due to an error, omission, or failure in the export documentation provided by us, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country, including obtaining any required permits, providing requested information, and paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import-related charges.
If a shipment is returned, rejected, abandoned, or otherwise affected due to the customer's failure to comply with import requirements, customs requests, duties, taxes, permit requirements, or other destination-country regulations, any eligible refund will be calculated as follows:
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, 25% of the order value will be deducted to cover shipping and handling costs incurred by us.
- For orders where a shipping fee was charged at checkout, the shipping fee paid at checkout will be non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a refund if the return does not comply with these policies, or if there is an excessive return history associated with the account.
