I was very impatient and ended up assuming it was a scam. I am so very sorry for that. I had to wait 2 and a 1/2 to 3 weeks to receive the product. But once I received it I am very happy with it. Thank you for responding to my email checking on the status also. I will definitely be purchasing again and having patience with it this time. I sincerely did not expect it to have to travel That far to get to me and that is my fault. I should have researched that first and set that expectation off of that and not think that this was something already within the u s.

So far I enjoy the tea in totality. My only complaint is one of blue lotus bags was slightly open when I took it out of the box. I understand you may not want to vacuum seal it, as to not crush the flower but either vacuum sealing it lightly or using a more durable resealable bag might be ideal. If I was rating the tea minus the packaging discrepancy I would give it 5 stars. Receiving a package slightly open and knowing the flowers could have been exposed just doesn’t sit well with me.
Thank you for your kind words about our Blue Lotus Tea! We are sorry to hear that one of the bags arrived slightly open — we completely understand your concern and take packaging integrity very seriously. Your suggestion about more durable resealable bags is noted and we will look into improving this. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out at support@ceylonorganicstore.com. We hope to earn that 5-star rating on your next order!

The product itself is well dried and high quality, but had some trouble getting into my country (Chile), there was a mistake in delivery (they sent it to the wrong city), and I had to get costumer support to get the Local tracking number to understand which delivery company had it here in Chile. The costumer support of Ceylon works, but I had to speak to them twice for before I got any reply. Could be better and they should send an email with the *Local* Tracking number and company that does the delivery, appart from that, I will buy again from this company.
Dear Jose Pedro, thank you for your detailed and balanced review! We are glad you found the product to be of high quality. We sincerely apologize for the delivery mix-up and the delays in our customer support responses — we are working to improve our communication, especially for international shipments. Your suggestion about including local tracking numbers is excellent and we will take this on board. We look forward to serving you again and providing a much smoother experience! Please feel free to reach out at support@ceylonorganicstore.com anytime.

This never arrived and the company does not answer emails. I’ve been trying for almost 2 months now to contact them and nothing. Now it says the return window is closed and there isn’t any options to fix this.
