I ordered these months ago. I spent nearly £200 on them and they never arrived. I messaged customer service 3 times and they never got back to me.

Perfect! Organic and good price
Product came in in clear plastic bad and was not powdered but solid and had to processed further before using and had a rather off putting bitter taste!!! Perhaps I was shipped old stock, I don’t know, what what I received, I could not recommend!!
The beautiful flowers arrived well-packaged, and their earthy scent is subtle. Steeping them into a vibrant blue tea is a calming ritual. The mild taste is perfect on its own or with honey. So happy I found this tea!

Thought I was jipped at first because my shop app said it was delivered and I hadn't received anything yet. I waited a week and still nothing so I emailed them to ask about it and never got a response. It wasn't until I left a bad review that I got a response. Lotus eventually arrived and it was good product for a good price but customer service is lacking.
I can always count on Ceylon to send me the finest quality - there’s nowhere quite like it in the US.

Hello reader and potential buyer... just wanted to let you know, I have ordered several times now from the store, and always had great customer experience, from their website, to ordering and to follow the track of the shipment.
I am receiving all the way here in Denmark, and thats quite a distance to cover, and have received my items as ordered.
I have bought mainly dried leaves / teas, such as blue lotus tea and their blue butterfly pea tea flowers. I like the quality and packaging.

We use the mothballs in a special system using upside jars to deter possum from eating our plants and homegrown vegetables. - it works a treat as they don’t like the smell.

I reached out to customer service yesterday because my tracking was wonky and I was worried that my blue lotus wasn't shipping. They sent me a reassuring photo of my package and told me it was on the way confirming details of when it was sent and that it may take 4 weeks to arrive (totally understandable as Sri Lanka is a bit far away!) I recieved the package this morning (2 weeks shipping!!) and both my blue lotus and blue pea flowers are a GORGEOUS color! This is the best price and quality that I hav2 been able to find and ship to Canada. Thank you so much and if you are considering buying this I would absolutley recommend!!!! 5 stars!

Never received my order. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service. I heard back once, customer service said shipping could take up to 7 weeks. After 8 weeks and still no shipment, I have contacted customer support several times and have not heard back. Order placed 12/31/2023…it is now 3/18/2024.
