Instead of pure Ranawara flowers, I received a lot of dry stems that only add weight without any benefit. The tea itself is fine, but the product doesn’t match the expectations. Better sorting would be appreciated.
So happy with my order! I couldn’t find pandan leaves in the Netherlands so I’m thrilled to have found a way to get them! My order arrived in a timely manner, very well packed, and it smells delicious! I have been enjoying pandan tea daily since and I’d love to use it in other recipes too! Thank you!
So far I enjoy the tea in totality. My only complaint is one of blue lotus bags was slightly open when I took it out of the box. I understand you may not want to vacuum seal it, as to not crush the flower but either vacuum sealing it lightly or using a more durable resealable bag might be ideal. If I was rating the tea minus the packaging discrepancy I would give it 5 stars. Receiving a package slightly open and knowing the flowers could have been exposed just doesn’t sit well with me.

They put two plastic packets into a paper bag and posted it to Australia from Sri Lanka. By the time it got to me it was torn apart with sago leaking all over the place. I took two of us a half an hour to sweep it up from my porch, dining room and kitchen! Why would you post them in a paper bag?! Deadset! I won't be buying from them again.......especially after I've already sent an email about it on their site and an answer to an email they sent me stating the above and wanting a refund on my payment. Nothing. Zip. Nada! I still want my refund!
