Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any original shipping charges).

Here's what you need to know:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  2. Final sale items and personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Return Process:

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds:
  1. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
  2. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Unclaimed Items:

  • We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are returned due to unclaimed packages.

Incorrect or insufficient addresses:

  • If your order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship the order to a corrected address.
  • In this case, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a refund if the return does not comply with these policies, or if there is an excessive return history associated with the account.
