I was very impatient and ended up assuming it was a scam. I am so very sorry for that. I had to wait 2 and a 1/2 to 3 weeks to receive the product. But once I received it I am very happy with it. Thank you for responding to my email checking on the status also. I will definitely be purchasing again and having patience with it this time. I sincerely did not expect it to have to travel That far to get to me and that is my fault. So far I enjoy the tea in totality. My only complaint is one of blue lotus bags was slightly open when I took it out of the box. I understand you may not want to vacuum seal it, as to not crush the flower but either vacuum sealing it lightly or using a more durable resealable bag might be ideal. If I was rating the tea minus the packaging discrepancy I would give it 5 stars. Receiving a package slightly open and knowing the flowers could have been exposed just doesn’t sit well with me.

The product itself is well dried and high quality, but had some trouble getting into my country (Chile), there was a mistake in delivery (they sent it to the wrong city), and I had to get costumer support to get the Local tracking number to understand which delivery company had it here in Chile. The costumer support of Ceylon works, but I had to speak to them twice for before I got any reply. Could be better and they should send an email with the *Local* Tracking number and company that does the delivery, appart from that, I will buy again from this company.

San am ársa, measadh go raibh Tae an Lóis Ghorm úsáideach chun críocha leighis agus áineasa araon. Tá go leor airíonna leighis aige a chuidíonn le codladh suaite agus le leibhéil mhéadaithe imní a leigheas, agus bíonn éifeachtaí éadroma aphrodisiacacha aige freisin.
Conas is féidir an lóis ghorm a úsáid?
Tae. Chun tae de bhláth lóis ghhoirm a dhéanamh, cuir mála tae réamhdhéanta amháin nó 3–5 ghram de bhláthanna triomaithe le 1–2 chupán (250–500 mL) d’uisce te. Fág ag maos ar feadh 5–10 nóiméad.
